Still in the cleaning out mode of things and I have a couple of pieces of armour that I just do not use that much anymore and would make more sense for it go to someone that will put it to use then for it to sit around in my garage. Â So here it is. Â I am listing this over on the Armour Archive as an auction style listing up through Wednesday night on both the helmet and the gauntlets, start the helm at $25 and the demis at $10.
I have several post just bursting to get out onto this blog. Some of them go back to jousting several weeks ago, others are what is an obvious failure on my part to wrap up Gulf Wars. However, at the current time, a good portion of the folks that would be interested in reading this blog are off at a little event in Pennsylvania called Pennsic. As it would be kind of pointless to mention most of the posts until they have returned. However, I do have a few items continueing in my cleanout process and will do those as auction the armour archive running through Monday until 10:00pm.
I made the trip up to the Barony of Rivenstar (around Lafayette, Indiana) over the weekend to participate in what was, to the best of my knowledge the first ever Midrealm Equestrian Symposium. Let me just say the trip was well worth the long haul up that including being stuck in traffic for two hours along the way with horses in tow. There was literally something for everyone, from the most senior marshals to the very new beginning riders. Many thanks to the folks that got this wonderful event organized, ran it, and/or hosted it!
Having recently completed a move that has been three years in the process, I now have all my stuff finally together in one place for the first time in a long time. As I am getting things organized I have found several things that I just now longer have a need for or otherwise just need to part with it. I am beginning with a few things that I am going to list on the Armor Archive and go from there.
